Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase or hold a membership. By using the Service you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you’ll keep your account credentials secure.

2. What we offer

We sell digital products (such as ebooks, music, and the Becoming Planner PDF) and physical books, and we offer the HER Circle membership — a private members’ space with content, community, journaling tools, and an AI journaling companion.

3. Membership & billing

• The HER Circle membership is billed as a one-time $39 joining fee plus $4.99 per month, charged through our payment processor (Stripe).
• Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Prices may change. If we change membership pricing, we’ll give you notice before it affects you, and you may cancel if you don’t agree.

4. Refunds

Because our digital products and membership content are delivered instantly, the joining fee and digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, and monthly fees already charged are non-refundable. If something isn’t working or you were charged in error, please contact us — we want you to be taken care of and will work with you in good faith.

5. License & intellectual property

All content — the books, music, planner, app, designs, and written material — is owned by Romona Adams / RD Adams Enterprises and is protected by copyright and other laws. When you purchase a product or hold a membership, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and enjoy it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share download links or files, publicly post, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

6. Community & your content

If you post in the community (for example, sharing a story or reflection), you keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us permission to display it within the Service. You agree not to post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that violates another person’s rights or privacy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. The AI companion is not professional advice

The HER Companion is an AI tool offered for reflection, encouragement, and journaling support only. It is not a licensed therapist, doctor, counselor, or financial advisor, and its responses are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

8. No guarantees of results

Our content may share personal experiences and education. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, or result from using our products, membership, or content. Your results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law & contact
